Moria Bernstein is Principal of the Law Offices of Moria Bernstein, in Chicago, with satellite offices in Oak Park and Northbrook. Hon. Francis A. Gembala is a retired Associate Judge of the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and currently concentrates his law practice on family law matters with Birnbaum, Haddon, Gelfman & Arnoux, LLC, in Chicago. Judge Gembala is a former faculty member of the National Judicial College at the University of Nevada at Reno and has previously served as President of the Chicago Advocates Society, as Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Criminal Law Committee, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Illinois Judges Association, and as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Task Force for Technical Revisions to the Illinois Domestic Violence Act. He frequently serves as a faculty member and guest lecturer for numerous professional organizations. He lectured at the RSM McGladrey Tax Conference and participated as a keynote panelist at the 9th International Conference on Family Violence. He served several times on the faculty of the Business Valuation, Financial, and Tax Issues Affecting Divorce programs cosponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Illinois Chapter, IICLE®, and Trenwith Valuation. He received his B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago, his L.L.M. from DePaul University School of Law, and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law.

Anita M. Ventrelli is a Senior Partner at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP, in Chicago, where she concentrates her practice in family law litigation. Since 1997, she has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Ms. Ventrelli is a Faculty Leader of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute.
