This program provides an overview of the process, and importance, of expunging juvenile criminal records. Topics covered include who is qualified for relief under the Juvenile Court Act, as well as circumstances under which records are automatically expunged and situations in which this will not occur.
An overview of the expungement process is also addressed, along with identification of parties who still have access to records after expungement.
