The first part is how the real estate attorney and the title examiner can address and underwrite issues concerning the Senior Citizens Real Estate Tax Deferral Act.  The second part is a discussion of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Tyler v. Hennepin County, Minnesota. The third part is a brief discussion of the equally recent Public Act 103-0555.  The fourth part is on, “Possibly Little-known or Unusual Tax Facts and Issues.”
