Paul Peterson was a Vice President and Senior Underwriter for Fidelity National Family of Title Insurance Companies, having joined Chicago Title Insurance Company in 1971. He specialized in mechanics’ lien underwriting, mechanics lien workouts and claims, and financial analysis. He chaired the group that revised the Illinois mechanics lien coverage for lenders in 2010.
