Civil Claim Resolutions by Trial

This course examines civil case resolution by trial, with a focus on the similarities and differences between federal and Illinois civil statutes, rules, and procedures. It includes discussion of federal rules and procedures for jury trials, comparing and contrasting these with Illinois rules and procedures. This includes the process of jury selection and trial conduct.
