He has served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University School of Law. Mr. Bixter’s practice includes a focus on cross-border insolvency, and he has been involved in many of the most high-profile international bankruptcies in recent years, often serving as United States counsel to foreign liquidators and trustees. In 2015, he was honored for his exceptional work on pro bono matters received through the ABA Military Pro Bono Project.
