Samantha M. Contreras
Samantha M. Contreras is an associate at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, in Chicago, and concentrates her practice in trusts and estates and estate and gift tax. Contreras is a Fellow of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Section, and has been named an Emerging Leader by the Chicago Estate Planning Council. She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Estate Planning Council and is a Legislative Liaison of the Chicago Bar Association’s Trust Law Executive Committee. Ms. Gauron received her BA from Gonzaga University and her JD, cum laude, from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
