Martin D. Parsons is Director of the Veterans’ Legal Assistance Program and adjunct professor at Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale. His practice area focuses on VA disability and benefits appeals and discharge assistance in limited circumstances. He is a member of the Illinois State and Jackson County Bar Associations and the Southern Illinois American Inns of Court. He has 26 years combined military service in the U.S. Marine Corps and Illinois Army National Guard.
