Mr. Doyle is certified by the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association as a Certified Assessment and Referral Specialist. He has presented research and training both nationally and internationally on effective assessment and intervention strategies involving DUI offenders. He served on the Governor’s Alcohol Abuse Task Force and received an award from the Honorable Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, in recognition of Outstanding Contributions to the Tina Ball Memorial DUI Task Force. He received both his B.A. (magna cum laude) and M.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
