• Operation Greylord (1979) as the impetus for In re Himmel (1988) and/or a deeper dive into the Himmel decision, the duty to report and it’s results.
• In re Rinella (1997) and the prohibition of sex with clients, now codified in the ABA Model Rules.
• In re Driscoll (1981) the first use of probation as a disciplinary sanction – how far we have come and the utilization of ‘unique’ probations and new diversionary/restorative justice approaches to attorney regulation (Commission Rules 54 & 56).
