Learn the best ways to utilize the SFST reports and other documents during direct and cross examination and how to lay the proper foundation for a police officer's testimony about the administration of the SFST's, the State's "Exhibit A". Specific attention will be paid to the officer's observations (including bloodshot eyes, odor of alcohol, slurred speech, etc.).
