Rosenblatt is a Partner at Downey & Lenkov LLC in Chicago, where he concentrates his practice in entertainment, media, intellectual property law, and general liability litigation. He is General Counsel for the Sports & Entertainment Risk Management Alliance and has been a member of the Recording Academy (NARAS/Grammys) since 1995 and has served on the NARAS Advocacy Task Force, Chicago Chapter, and as NARAS Advocacy Team Lead, Chicago Chapter. He is a member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Entertainment and Sports Industries and Editor-in-Chief of the Entertainment and Sports Lawyer quarterly law journal. He was named as one of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch in 2006, an Illinois Super Lawyer for 2010 – 2012 and 2014 – 2024, and an Illinois Leading Lawyer from 2016 – 2024 by Leading Lawyers and has received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. He received his BA from Washington University and his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
