David L. Antognoli is a Partner with Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli, P.C., in Edwardsville, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Antognoli has served as an adjunct professor of law at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he taught real estate finance and development. He has also lectured and published articles for several continuing legal education programs, including programs sponsored by the IICLE® and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. B. Jay Dowling is a Partner with Clayborne and Wagner LLP, in Belleville, where he focuses his practice on eminent domain, real estate, and workers’ compensation. Penni Livingston is Founder and Senior Attorney of Livingston Law Firm, in Carbondale, where she concentrates her practice in environmental litigation and is known by many as the “Lorax Lawyer.” Livingston is an Honorary Member of the Belleville Historic Society, a former Illinois EPA Legal Division Attorney, and a former Environmental Assistant in the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office. Richard A. Redmond is a Partner with Holland & Knight LLP, in Chicago, where he represents clients in eminent domain, regulatory takings, land use, environmental, and other real estate-related litigation. In addition to representing private property owners, he provides legal services to governmental entities, including municipalities and state agencies, in his capacity as a Special Assistant to the Illinois Attorney General. Mr. Redmond also provides advice to lawyers and law firms on professional ethics. Mr. Redmond has served on the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Professional Responsibility since 1983. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, Eminent Domain Committee, and of the Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations.
