Description
The intent of this workshop is to help lawyers find balance, increase focus, and reduce stress by learning how to incorporate simple wellness skills into their daily lives. Participants will learn yoga poses that they can use in their office, relaxation/focus techniques, availability of wellness technology/apps, how to quiet the racing mind, and how to use breathing to relax and focus. This interactive workshop will help the participants discover a sense of ease and simple practices they can take anywhere.
