Yes. All online on-demand programs in the IICLE Ethics Bundle are also available for individual purchase at IICLE.com. The bundle provides a convenient package for meeting all Illinois professional responsibility MCLE requirements.

I’ve already purchased one or more programs included in the bundle. Can I swap them?

No. The IICLE Ethics Bundle has been specially curated to provide relevant and timely programs for completing your Illinois professional responsibility MCLE requirements, so we are unable to make modifications.

Do I need the IICLE Ethics Bundle if I have already earned 30 MCLE credits?

Maybe. Even if you have earned 30 Illinois MCLE credits, your Illinois MCLE Board transcript must include the required Illinois professional responsibility credits to maintain compliance.

Every two years, attorneys must complete 30 total MCLE hours, including at least 6 professional responsibility credit hours. This requirement includes one credit hour of mental health/substance abuse and one credit hour of diversity/inclusion.

If I earn more than one mental health/substance abuse or diversity/inclusion credit, can those credits apply toward the other PR hours?

Yes. MCLE rules prescribe a minimum requirement for one hour of both diversity/inclusion and mental health/substance abuse credits, but no maximum is established. Additional qualifying credits may count toward the remainder of the 6-hour professional responsibility requirement and toward the total 30-hour requirement.
