Joinder of Claims and Parties (x)

This course compares and contrasts the rules, procedures, and statutes related to joinder of claims and parties in the federal and Illinois courts. It reviews joinder in simple and complex cases, with a focus on differentiating Illinois practice from federal practice. It also addresses the attachment of parties or claims in cases where joinder is not necessary.
