Ethical Issues Presented when Referring or Prosecuting Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect Cases

The referring attorney (often an Elder Law Attorney) and the Personal Injury Attorney each face unique ethical issues when prosecuting nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
