Diversity Initiatives in Illinois Courts

A Conversation of “DIIR” importance: Diversity, Inclusion, Implicit Bias and Racism and their Impact on our Legal Profession. The past 12 months have been marked by debate, protest and policymaking at nearly every level related to the issues of diversity, inclusion, implicit bias and racism (DIIR). The legal profession and the justice system are no exceptions, and it is critically important that attorneys discuss and understand these issues. In this session we discuss how these issues are being addressed in Illinois Courts.
