Additional Insured Coverage in Construction Contracts

This program provides an introduction and overview of the additional insured endorsement forms and scope of coverage available for construction projects. Using the General Commercial Liability Policy as a starting point, the program then moves on to discuss the major ISO Additional Insured Endorsements. The impact of these additional endorsements on the duty to defend is also covered. The program concludes by reviewing examples of relevant case law.
