Ordering, Returns, & Shipping
IICLE® only accepts prepaid orders. Acceptable payment is by check or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover). If you are purchasing on behalf of a government agency, you must provide a purchase order with your order.
IICLE® does not assume responsibility for damage that occurs during shipping; however, a defective print publication or DVD may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase by calling IICLE® Customer Service at (800) 252-8062 and obtaining an authorization code to include along with the return shipment of defective item(s), which should be sent to: IICLE® 3161 W White Oaks Dr., Ste. 300, Springfield, IL 62704; Attn: Customer Service.
The following IICLE® products are non-returnable and non-refundable: e-books; Formulaw Forms and Formulaw Forms Suites; IICLE® Online Library and IICLE® Online All-Access subscriptions; online, on-demand courses; and any other such electronic or digital media, now existing or created in the future.
IICLE® ships most orders on the business day following receipt in the Springfield Office. Expected ship dates are provided for those products that are still under production.
UPS Ground shipping – FREE for orders shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
Expedited shipping – $5 per item plus actual overnight shipping charges. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. central time for guaranteed next day delivery by UPS Overnight.
International shipping – Call IICLE® at 800-252-8062 for international shipping options.
