Does IICLE® accept credit cards?

IICLE^® accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and Discover for credit card transactions.

Does IICLE® offer legal advice or representation?

We are happy to recommend products or services that may assist you with your legal questions, but we cannot offer any legal advice and we do not offer legal represenation. We recommend using the IICLE® Online Library to research your inquiries. We offer a free one-week trial that allows full access to all content except downloadable chapters, forms, and out of print publications.

What is the IICLE® return policy?

IICLE^® does not assume responsibility for damage that occurs during shipping. However, a defective print publication may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days after purchase by calling IICLE^® Customer Service at (217) 787-2080 and obtaining an authorization code to include along with the return shipment of the defective item, which should be returned to: IICLE^® 3161 W White Oaks Dr., Ste. 300, Springfield, IL 62704; Attn: Customer Service.

The following IICLE^® products are non-returnable and non-refundable: e-books; Formulaw Forms and Formulaw Forms Suites; IICLE^® Online Library and IICLE^® Online All-Access subscriptions; MCLE Complete bundles; online on-demand courses; and any electronic or digital media.

What is the IICLE® shipping policy?

IICLE® ships most orders on the business day following receipt of the order in Springfield. Pre-ordered products will ship upon completion of production. Regular ground shipping via UPS is FREE to anywhere in the continental United States. For rush shipping, we offer guaranteed next-day delivery by UPS Overnight for orders received by 2 p.m. Central. Rush shipping orders are charged a $5 per item rush fee plus actual overnight shipping charges. For International Shipping options, please call us at (217)787-2080.

Do you sell IICLE® products at any locations in Chicago?

IICLE® products may be purchased at The Chicago Bar Association, 321 South Plymouth Court, Chicago. Call the CBA membership office at (312)554-2130 for details and to verify the availability of any items you would like to purchase.
