What is the Build-Your-Own-Bundle MCLE Complete Option?
This option gives you the ability to add up to 36 hours of IICLE® online on-demand programs to your IICLE® account for one flat price.
How do I add programs to my Bundle?
With the Build-Your-Own Bundle option, you’ll select up to 36 hours of online on-demand programs to add to your IICLE® account. You don’t have to choose them all at once; you can do this at your leisure. You can select online on-demand programs on the IICLE® website just as if you were purchasing them individually. As long as you have a sufficient number of hours remaining in your Bundle, you will not be charged for the “purchase” of each program.

If you have unintentionally added a program to your account that you did not wish to include in your Bundle, please contact IICLE® Customer Service at 217-787-2080 or info@iicle.com for assistance.
How do I know how many credit hours I have left in my Bundle?
The number of credits remaining in your Bundle will appear on your IICLE® account page underneath your contact information as "credits." You can also contact IICLE® Customer Service for assistance with this information.
What happens if I want to add a program to my Bundle that exceeds the number of Bundle hours I have remaining?
In this instance, at checkout, you will be charged a pro rated amount for the additional hours or you may remove the program from your cart.
When does access to my Bundle expire?
The Bundle itself never expires – your access continues as long as you have hours remaining in your Bundle. Your ability to add programs to your account as part of your Bundle will remain in effect until you’ve added 36 hours of online on-demand programs to your account. Your access to specific programs within your Bundle expires when the individual programs expire.
When do the individual programs I select expire?
All IICLE® online on-demand programs have an expiration date, which is typically two years after the original program date. You will need to note the expiration date for each program you select for your Bundle and ensure that you watch the program by that date. Once a program expires, it is removed from your account and is no longer accessible to you. Please note that IICLE® will not issue refunds or replacements for expired programs that you do not complete and certify before the expiration date.
I forgot to watch a program that I added to my Bundle and now it has expired. Can I replace it with a new one?
Please review the expiration date carefully before adding an online on-demand program to your account as part of your Bundle. IICLE® will not issue refunds or replacements for expired programs that you do not complete and certify before the expiration date.
To which reporting periods can the programs in my Bundle be applied?
You are welcome to apply the hours to the reporting period in which the program is completed or apply the hours to the next reporting period as carryover hours, at your discretion. However, if you plan to do this, please familiarize yourself with Illinois MCLE Board rules regarding carryover hours. More information on carryover hours is available here.
How do I obtain CLE certificates for the programs in my Bundle?
As you complete each program our system will generate your certificate and add it to the CLE tracker. To access them click on the CLE tracker tab in your My Content area.
