IICLE products may also be purchased over-the-counter at The Chicago Bar Association, 321 South Plymouth Court, 1st Floor, in downtown Chicago. Call the CBA membership office at (312) 554-2130 for details and to verify the availability of the item(s) you would like to purchase.

How Do I Order Online?

1. Click on Shop IICLE.
2. Choose an item type by clicking on one of the fast links at the top of the search page OR enter a keyword for the item desired. You may also retrieve products by practice area. For example, choose Family Practice from the drop-down menu (you may leave the keyword field blank) and click Search to retrieve a list of products and courses related to Family Law. Search by product description only or full text. (Please note that the full text option may return an overwhelming number of results. Use the full text option only if you wish to search for a very specific item.)
3. Once you find the item you would like to order, click Buy to place it in your Shopping Cart. To view the contents of your Shopping Cart or make changes to your order at any time, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page in the Web site.
4. When you are ready to check out, click on Shopping Cart at the top of the page and then click on Check Out.
5. You do not need a MyCLE account to place your order, but it will make ordering much faster the next time you place an order at IICLE.com. Click the link to place your order without logging in if you do not have a MyCLE account or login if you do have an account. To create a new MyCLE account, click on Join MyCLE near the bottom of the login page.
6. Complete the secure order form and click Continue. Review the order for accuracy, then click Approve Purchase to officially submit your order. Your IICLE products will arrive in 5 – 7 business days. Print the purchase confirmation for your records.If you ordered a course, you will not receive a shipment as materials will be handed out at the course. If you ordered a Private Viewing/Listening product, please check the product description for the expected ship date.

If you are not completely satisfied with any IICLE publication, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for full credit or refund. Special discounts are recalculated if merchandise is returned. IICLE does NOT give refunds on opened audio CD, book-and-forms-on-CD, or DVD purchases or on SmartBooks® subscriptions. However, IICLE does replace defective CDs or DVDs. Please enclose the packing list with your return. We recommend that you use UPS to return merchandise because delivery can be verified.

IICLE ships most orders on the business day following their receipt in Springfield. Some audio CDs and DVDs will not ship immediately if they have not yet been recorded. Expected ship dates for those products are provided on the product description page. Regular ground shipping via UPS is FREE to anywhere in the continental United States!

International Shipping: Please telephone a customer representative at (800) 252-8062.

Rush Shipping: For guaranteed next-day delivery by UPS Overnight, we must receive your order by 2 p.m. Central, and we charge $5 per item plus actual overnight shipping charges.

Handbook supplements are developed for current editions only. They will not match or adequately supplement earlier editions of a handbook. The publications listed on this Web site are the most current editions of any handbook. Before ordering a supplement, please check to see that you have the most current edition of the handbook. If the handbook you wish to purchase has been supplemented, there is no need to purchase the supplement separately, it is included with the handbook purchase.
